The presidential hopeful of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Professor Joshua Alabi is in Tamale to celebrate the fire festival with.
He touched down this morning around 8:39 am from the national capital, Accra.
As part of his activities for the day, he will be visiting his family house at Ward K, a suburb of Tamale.
“I am not here to campaign. I have come to celebrate the fire festival. And to showcase my culture to the outside world”, he said.
He said this during a short meeting held to address his supporters at Modern City Hotel.
